I joined a book-swapping club a while back and I have noticed I get the
first-class packages within 3 days. Don't think I've gotten anything
faster than that however.

Everyone--myself included--has horror stories about USPS's service. So
when they do something right, it's worth noting.

I bought a DVD from a guy in New York City on June 9. He mailed it
first class [$2.53] to me that same day. I got it in this morning's
mail. I still can't quite believe it.
