I am utterly devastated by this news. Bonnie is the most caring and unselfish person. A true gem in this crazy world. Her family needs our prayers right now as they all looked to her to help them get thru their trying times. I don't know how many of you had the privilege of meeting Bonnie, I did a few years back and can tell you her posts came from her heart. She truly was an honest and good person. I am so sorry we didn't get together when I was in KY last month, but her schedule and mine just didn't allow for it as I was on a business trip. R.I.P. Bonnie....you will be missed. I can't believe our darling pal Bonnie is gone. I got this email from her hubby Bill today. I know that most of you know what a charming, giving, exceptionally kind and loving woman she was. God rest her most gracious soul. She is so missed..... R.I.P. She had come home early on Friday with what appeared to be flu like symptoms of 102.5 temp. I took her to the doctor on Saturday morning early and by that time she had a low grade temp and sharp pain in her left ear. The doctor said she had a bacterial infection in the sinuses, prescribed antibiotic, pain pills and ear drops for pain. He also gave her a shot for pain. I brought her home and by that time she was drowsy from the shot and she when to bed. I went out and filled her prescriptions. When I returned I woke her and gave her the antibiotic. She slept the remainder of the morning and through lunch. At dinner time she was still sleeping and I didnt disturb her. She woke up around 8:30 and I gave her two of the pain pills. A little later I put the drops in her ear and we went to bed. That is the last I spoke to her. She was the love of my life for more than 40 years and I still have not come to terms not having her near. Bonnie considered you to be a very dear friend you brightened her life and I am grateful to you for your friendship Blessings, Bill -- Pam Evans Kemp TX zone 8A --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT
