The seed was big- the size of my thumb nail- and shaped sort of like a corn seed.   It was in a mass produced bag of potting soil with all sorts of amendments included.  So it could have come from anywhere.

My first impression is an ash seedling? And with so many dead ash in the east, is someone using the sawdust or chipps as composting material and shipping it all over? Yikes!!!
