Wall-o-waters are these clear plastic cone-type things that have double wall
construction. You fill the area between the 2 layers of plastic with water.
The water warms during the day and insulates the plants at night (thus
allowing you to have a little mini greenhouse and plant your tomatos earlier
than usual). I love them and used to use them all the time when I lived
back east. They are pretty cheap and you can use them year after year.
