Zem: Have you thought about calling the realtors and asking if you could
straighten up the landscaping a bit by doing some root divisions of the
plantings? I did this once with some new homeowners who had inherited a
vastly overgrown garden that was in dire need of some thinning...they
were very grateful to have me take some of their hostas off their hands.

Does anyone know where I can get Milk and Wine lilies?  I have looked 
everywhere, and I can't find any place that sells them.  There are some at 
old, unoccupied houses around here, but I really don't want to have to skulk 
around under the cover of darkness to steal some.
