David - I just checked weather.com. Average temps for March are 61 high,
34 low but the record low is minus 2!! The first date the record low
shows above freezing is May 20th (33 record low). So my guess is last
average frost date is probably late April, maybe early May. I know Betsy
is in Colorado, but don't know what part of the state Evergreen is in.
Our last average frost date is the 17th so we are home free this year.
