I attended a garden symposium on Saturday.  You may recall I earlier ask if 
anyone was familiar with the speaker, Gordon Hayward.  If you get a chance to 
hear him speak, don't miss it. A photo from his garden is on the front cover 
of the Feb 2003 issue of Fine Gardening and an article, 'How to Make a Garden 
Feel Welcoming' by Gordon is also in that issue.  He has a new book to be 
released this month.
