Well, Theresa, having a memory like a sieve, I can't recall where you
are...know I know it, but it won't come to the brain. Anyway, if you
get any frost and it returns, it's not a rabbit foot...they don't
take frost as far as I know.
I put up some scans of my fern when I was trying to ID it...page is
still up there if you want to take a peek to see if your fern
resembles mine.

Consensus on fernet is that it is Davallia trichomanoides.
