Donna, we had flash flood warnings yesterday.  Not raining today but very 
gray & dreary looking.  The moisture is good for us as we were so dry last fall 
however if it runs off due to frost in the ground & to much so quickly it 
doesnt do us much good other than fill the water ways which is important also.
