RE: Martha L Rasmussen is out of the office.

I'm tickled that both of them sold, too!  Keep up the good thoughts and
maybe I'll be able to sell my Mom's house for her, too! (One room painted
and 4 to go!  Roof and back door repaired, bathroom nearly refurbished--my
brother had removed all the tiles over the bath tub and just left it that
way--carpets shampooed until  the smoke in them was eliminated, garage
painted before winter!)
