Stamps aren't a problem. My need for a PO was that I had sold things on
ebay and was shipping variously by First Class, Media, and Priority. Then
there's the issue of whether their scale matches yours. As it turns out
there was no PO in the WF Bank, but I saw a postal carrier and asked him.
There was a Pak-Mail down the street that handles it.
