Auralie,
Yes, too soon for most of the ones you'd grow, but not for others.  Annual
Geraniums (Pelargoniums) should be started inside 10-12 wks before setting
out.  That's about February 15 to March 1 here.  It gives you something to
keep your mind off the ones that should only have 6 weeks.
