Your President should be happy. Raping Alaska has been high on his agenda since he and daddy went belly up with Zapata Oil. Problem, of course, is the House. House members, no matter how rapacious philosophically, still have to face reelection every 2 years. These are normally gutless people [Tom Lay excepted] who will wishy when faced with any constituency washy. And the House has already announced it is not happy with the Senate's budget. So, who knows where it may go. I don't think it's a slam dunk especially if the pressure is kept on the lobbyist's patsies.
