tulip forcing

Does anyone know when I should bring in tulips I'm forcing?  They are in
pots outside against the north wall and all have sprouted under the leaves
about 4-6 inches.  I know there is some sort of timing , like 3 weeks, to
bring them into the house to have them in bud or in bloom within a certain
amount of time.  I want to have these in bud or bloom by April 15.  Any
ideas?
