I wouldn't pitch them. You don't know they've died. It is spring, they may just put out some new growth, don't you think? or bounce back later on. Can you find a little shady nook in your garden to plant them? If they do revive, you could sell them directly from your garden in future years.Even the ones that looked OK have now keeled over and died.

I ordered 18 Hepatica americana in large pots from Bluebird Nursery, but they look like they had just been repotted because their root systems were small and some had fallen out of the pots in shipment.Well, bad news... Even the ones that looked OK have now keeled over and died. I don't know what it was, but I suppose it's a moot point.
