Don't complain, rates here in Tex. are $100+....rates depending on the size  
of the nursery.

Just got  my application for nursery dealer registration back from 
Illinois  Department of Agriculture.

Seems they raised their rates to $50 instead  of $25.  

Would've been nice if they'd updated the forms on their  Web site.
