Re: Happy St. Patrick's Day

Oh no, brisket is a staple for cookouts down here.  Lots of people cook them
in smokers, no clue how they do it.  But it's quite tender and delicious
when they get done.
Theresa - lucky duck, I understand the Emerald Isle is most beautiful.
I look forward to tales of the trip and great pictures.
