I believe so.  Evidently the front stalled out over us for several hours
before moving on toward you.

They were on the mark here in ETN.  Told us that if the front moved in
during the night, we would have significant snowfall.  If it came after
sunrise, we would have flurries, which is what happened.  Sounds as though
you got some of our snow.
