curled leaves on new rose

I have a shrub rose , "Nearly Wild" which has been in the ground over a 
month......Has been looking very good and lots of blooms.....I noticed in the 
last few days that the new leaf growth is curled at the edges.....I don't see 
as many buds either......the rest of the bush's leaves look fine....... It is 
not dry here......we have had lots of rain...... I fertilized them with 
Bayers rose food, granules about 2 weeks ago......I am in the NEW zone 
6........any ideas?.....oh....and there is no sign of insect damage.........
