You can start at:

and scroll down to: 
"Sneak a Peek at...." 
Clicking that takes you to:
http://www.ahs.org/publications/usda_hardiness_zone_map.htm
Where you click on:
Link to view map.
Then it's a pdf file that opens in a new window:
http://www.ahs.org/pdfs/USDA_Map_3.03.pdf
which takes a long time to open.

I printed the steps just in case going directly to the file doesn't work.
