puts me squarely in zone 10 and, more interestingly, puts tampa bay in zone 10. i think the political import of the map is that it cuts through the self-serving blather of the major air polluters--auto manufacturers and power plants--and documents a significant trend in global warming.

The draft map is currently under review by the USDAs Agricultural Research
Service. AHS does not have any reproducible images of the 2003 Plant
Hardiness Map.  They will be available from the USDA upon its official
release.
