90-100......comfortable mornings and evenings, inside time afternoon
60-90........Spring (Feb-June) and fall (Sept-Dec), work outside weather
40-60........Winter (Jan), get Hot Tea and Sweats ready, plan for Spring 
gardeninng
under 40 ........MOVE SOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
