I think you've nailed it, Ceres. E. amazonica or
x grandiflora, whichever it is today. Jim- there's
a picture and description in A-Z, see if it works ?
I was about to go awaaay out in left field with
Pamianthe or Ismene, but neither have the broad
'tepals' of your flower.
