Hey Pam,
Happy Birthday, even though you're just a kid.  For your birthday present,
I'm going to do the Nebraska rain dance, in hopes that you will get timely
and adequate moisture in Texas.  The reason I'm doing it is that it sure
doesn't work in Nebraska, and maybe it'll work for you.  Rich in Z-5
