Anyone ever taken the tour of garden chat lists on Yahoo? Scary.

number of members, For example, Plant Amnesty, a group that wants to
curtail excessive pruning, is listed somewhere toward the middle of
the
list; it has 22 members. A fair number of them--I didn't keep
count--are merchants offering expert advice on gardening questions.
