Actually, Donna misrepresented things.  She didn't talk to me specifically
about this case, but about other ones in the past.

In this case I could remove them because someone else posted Donna's 
posting without her permission.  She'd have to write me a note according
to 17 USC S 512 (which I'll contact her offlist about).

The issue with archive editing is that once you start changing the contents
for people, you're legally responsible for *everything* that goes in 
there -- credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.  Taunton must
have one heck of a staff to monitor it all (or they're ignorant about the
case laws).
