Well, Auralie, it's not like computers aren't complex things. With all the
programs, their interactions, the hardware and zillions of instructions,
there is no way any one person can know it all. I'm glad you got the
problem fixed. I was going to ask DH when he got home from school, but that
wouldn't be until close to 11:00 pm tonight.

Whew! After four frustrating hours I finally got through to a Dell
technician who told me what key-strokes I needed to know.
Took him less than 30 seconds to fix the problem. I guess I just hit a
wrong button somehow. Just call me klutzy.
