Re: anyone id this plant?


Caryopteris had come to mind but I didn't mention it because silver dollar-sized flowers didn't work and I've never really thought of the leaves as waxy. But geez, if you want one, they reseed allover my garden. I have a Caryopteris incana 'Blue Mist' seedling in a pot now. They're durable plants, but it's probable that you're more inclined to the newer varieties out there like Caryopteris x clandonensis 'First Choice'.

Thanks.....I searched last night and the closest I found was that! I don't
know when she saw it but she is a wonderful neighbor and Now I have a
