I came out of the hospital with it. There was a little double strap on my
sling to keep it so I could just reach over and squeeze it. After the
first month, I received several passive exercises to keep the joint loose
and begin building up range of motion...such as squeezing my shoulder
blades together for 2 sec holds ten times and bending over, letting my arm
hang down and do rotating circles in both directions. When do you start

no ball...just suppose to take my arm out of the sling keeping my elbow

to my body while lifting and rotating my forearm just to keep my elbow
from
