Anybody else a 4 leaf clover finder? I love it when it's too wet to mow
(like this year!) - the clover patches grow so large, I'm finding some 4
and 5 leaf clovers that are 2 inches across!

Iowa z5, instead of 4b! We finally moved to the 6 acres. Moving
divisions of a 30 year old garden from mostly shade to full sun takes
some
planning and lots of work. Theresa, will you come help me??

Re: [CHAT] clover
Call me weird...but I like clover....and the wild bunnies like it
too. So
do
my chickens and goats. So, I just let it grow.....

Gosh.... I hadn't
thought about Weed B Gone in years. Definately pick
some up for the lawn
areas. Although we do use weed and feed but not
sure why type DH bought this
year and applied.
Not sure what type of clover it is. Noticed the big
clumps in the grass
and lotsa seedlings in the flower beds. They are too tiny
to pull out
one by one, so I attempted to rough up the areas enough to get the
root
hold out of the dirt for now. Figured if 50 percent of them died off
that
way... it would be less to deal with later.

Weed B Gone will take care of clover w/out
hurting your grass, but it might
take more than one application. Clover can
be tough.
In the flower beds - all I can say is pull.

outside as much as possible. (someone always needs me to
do something
else..)
Clover!... I have clover everywhere.... in the grass, in the
flower
beds.... everywhere!
Thoughts on eradicating it?
