IMHO you need to find the sourse problem.  There has to be standing water
somewhere.  Look at your plants, do you have drain trays that are staying even
somewhat full?  How about bird baths, how old is the water in them. 2-3 days
will be enough to hatch a brood....even spots in the lawn  or a gravel walkway
where water can collect.
 
Spray yourself down and go for a walk around your property.

I read somewhere about granules you can sprinkler in your yard, but now
can't find the link and have no idea if it would really even work....
Anybody hear about this.  It is different then the BT for use in ponds, etc.
