RE: throw away society

Yes, I tried the net. The only place I found that showed it was
RepairClinic.com. But when I clicked to order it, availability showed SP
(Special Order) which means they then order it from the mfg - whom I've
already spoken with and they don't have it.

I've checked all the appliance repair places in town, then went on to
entertainment electronic repair. No luck at most of those but I do have
a lead on one that has nothing but an answering machine - still waiting
on a call back. I'm starting to think about a friend of a friend who
does computer repair.

It seems that used parts and simple parts like burners are kept, but electronics just go to scrap.
