Now that's pretty interesting!  These days we take it for granted that each
human has unique DNA, and the extrapolation would be every critter and plant
would also have unique DNA (except clones, which I guess would include
grafted plants), but I never thought about identifying an individual plant
that way.
Neat!  This must have been recent?
