OH yeh, that works too...but it is mostly used for a moment of trauma or severe anxiety attack...or shock. Not just general, run-of-the-mill stress.

I use that Bach's Rescue Remedy (herbal) that Jesse recommended. Works on Sugar, and she is HIGH strung.
