Signing off for a little while...

I went to bed after a long night of following the election results still
not knowing who had won and when I woke up this afternoon to find that
Bush had won re-election...well, to tell the truth, I've barely stopped
crying all day. To say that I am in mourning is a vast understatement
and it will take me days, maybe longer, to reconcile this reality with
my feelings of betrayal, anger, sadness, and the deep, deep fear I have
right now. Until such a time as I can do that, it is perhaps best that I
refrain from being an active part of this group, as I value the
friendships I have on this list too much to be careless with what I say
or do in this frame of mind. Take care and I'll be around when I can
deal with this a little better.
