Kitty,
I think you must be the perfect MGer. I love the program and know more people every day that love it too and would never let it die out. When we started this we (4 women) thought about starting a garden club. Then we didn't want it to be a tea sipping garden club that didn't dig. We decided that if we could do a MG program then if we did grow into a garden club we would all be all the same page so far as knowledge. It has been wonderful and some day may turn into a garden club but I hope not... I think we benefit too much from being a part of the extension. The whole county has benefited too.

It's been difficult for people here too. But since I kept record the first
two years, I can easily estimate from them how much time I spend on each
project. New projects I guess at. I know this is so much easier for Julie
who has to record for 300 MGs -many who wait until AFTER the deadline to
turn them in. I turn mine in a month or 2 early when she first starts
asking for them.

I am the one that everyone is suppose to hand in their hours too and thathours
has been so hard to convince them that they can just estimate.... anything
to get them to hand in something.
