Well, Jim, interest rates are low, so go ahead and
borrow!  Hope it was a great day and you experience
many more!

(And when I was about 12 or so, my friend's Ouija
board told me age 35 was it for me.  Thankfully I've
made it a decade past that, so far, and still kicking)
