Re: New cat

Yeah, name's a problem. But it will likely be settled by the weekend. "Pearl" was a jest, and so far nothing has struck me. I'm counting on Ms. Fatma to settle this uncertainty.

The cat and I got home from the shelter at about 10 AM. Since then she has toured the house, oh, a couple of dozen times. Between tours, she either rubs against my legs or lays on the floor nearby. If I move from room to room, she either leads by anticipation or follows. Most odd thing--she will not get up on furniture unless I encourage it. But I suppose that's temporary; once she realizes there are no snakes on the futons, she be all over them.

New kitkat, eh? Not so sure "Pearl" is going to stick? She is a pretty one

Thanks too for the Beans pic - a real darling she was.
