It appears that Aruncus sylvster is a syn for A. dioicus.  There's a packet
of 4-+ seeds avaiable on eBay for $1.75 + $1.95 shipping.  Item #

Tom Clothier (on hort.net) suggests "sow at 68F, if no germination in 3-4
weeks, move to 24-39F for 2-4 weeks.
