It's Bulbophyllum X elizabeth ann cv buckleberry. I think the way the blooms are clustered--side by side rather than down to up or back to front--is fantastic.

Very handsome indeed. Bulbophyllum is split nowadays into it and
Cirrhopetalum; the latter having the radially-clustered flowers you
admire. In the orchidaceous way of naming plants, the one in the
photo would be Cirrhopetalum Elizabeth Ann "Buckleberry". The 'x' in
front of the hybrid name is never used, as hybrid names always begin with
a capital letter, species always lower case. This is a convention I think
all plant families would do well to adopt.
