I think you made a mistake by not telling the customer what she bought. Of
course how you phrase it is important. Something like - a lot of folks think
this is a philodendron, but really it is a pothos....and if you can point
out the differences would also be helpful.

Of course, maybe I am the only one who likes to be corrected....so in the
future I know what the heck I am talking about!
