Just heard from my brother, who lives in Oak View, California. Oak View is on route 33 between Ojai and Ventura. That raging brush fire is about 5 miles south of his house and, he says, moving away from him. I told him not to worry about his house--just be sure to protect his avocado trees [he has five] :).
