Plans?  These yahoos don't have any plans.  Plus the city is broke.  You
should see the roads except for the main drag that I live on.  They dig them
up to fix sewers, water leaks whatever and just throw fill dirt and gravel
in, they don't even re-pave them anymore.  We've got 31 % retired, 20 % (or
better ) on welfare and the rest of us are footing the bill.  Unbelievable.
