YUM!!!

We celebrated on Saturday, since I worked on Thursday. Traditional feast. I
even made a mincemeat pie. I've just begun a sourdough starter and used it
to make some applesauce pecan (thankyou Pam) rolls. Tasted just like Grandma
Edna's sourdough light rolls. I got 2 or three out of a pan of 30. I'm gonna
try a loaf of whole wheat bread today. My church encourages keeping a supply
of basic food on hand for emergencies. I've been using my wheat. Milling it
to flour & making bread every week since August. I'm starting to get some
good results. Fond memories of Gram's great bread inspired me to strart some
sourdough.
