I'll trade you some CHICKENS for some onions? Saturday, we discovered
that our gray chicken (the one who hatched chicks in September) did
NOT get eaten by coyotes. She just got fed up with me taking her eggs
every day so she HID. She came strutting out with 8 new baby chicks.
I just got my laundry room all cleaned up from the last brood - and
here I go again! I think my rooster needs to have his giblets
removed!!!

Phooey. Well, I'm making spiced red onion rings, anyway, not turkey,
and they don't look like walnuts no matter which way you turn them.
Don't taste much like walnuts, either, come to think about it.

Take a walnut half , lay it down on it's flat inner side. Now look at
the outer side, turkey.

Turned the oven on, prepared the turkey, then noticed oven doesn't
work. Tried several times, even unplugged and replugged. Nothing.
Drove bird to sister's house. Got back, oven works now. Drove back
to sis house. Bird now in oven.

Ever notice how a walnut half looks a lot like a turkey fresh out
