Re: purple prince zinnia seeds

Went to Wal-Mart yesterday and they were playing christmas music over the speaker system. My only thought was that if they keep up that sirupy stuff for the next month and half, we'll all be diabetic by the new year.

Hey..just the seeds are great Pam. You don't need to worry about anything else. It will be a slim Christmas for me this year too...just because I've gone back to school and I have been studying like crazy. Haven't had the time to make a bunch of soaps and bath stuff like I normally do (but I got yours made already - not to worry) Plus, now that the kids are all older, and struggling to make it on their own, I told them that we would draw names and $50 is the MAX they are allowed to spend on somebody. Christmas is not about a bunch of gifts...and the commercialism of it makes me cranky. They have Christmas stuff up in the stores before HALLOWEEN now...give me a break
just once.
What makes me warm and fuzzy around the holidays is playing music while putting up the tree, a fire in the fireplace, kids home - playing card games at the table and shouting and laughing about who is cheating and who is winning, the smell of something good cooking in the oven. It's love, and family, and that feeling of "connecting" with the Spirit and those you love that make Christmas special. I'm not a "bah humbug" but I don't like the media trying to "sell" me Christmas. (Wow...I sound old, huh? A female

My pleasure Tricia. Jim, yours go in the mail tomorrow (also w/ Bette
Davis
stamp) and Jess, I'll send yours w/ your Xmas pkg next month. It'll be a little light but I've got to get this house painted and the paint will cost me a small fortune. But I'm getting the good stuff so I don't have to do
it
again. You know much I loathe painting.

Thank you,

LOL - I thought so too. Best Bette Davis review ever was the critic

Hilarious. Jess & Jim - gotcha covered.

Andrea, Mardi & Tricia - I mailed yours on Friday so you should
have them
soon. Check out the cool Bette Davis stamp before you toss the
envelopes!
Does anyone else want Purple Prince zinnia seeds? Butterflies
&
hummers
just LOVE them.
