Glad you are ok, too! My garden has had weed invasion this year, and just when I was starting to wade in and clean out, the jet stream plunged us into winter! Looks like things will get a bit warmer this weekend, but it is also supposed to rain. Maybe I’ll have the front beds done by spring… Does anyone know a source for Queen of the Prairie (Filipendula rubra)? Was not able to find plants last spring.

Thanks for your concern.  I miss all of you, but just don't have the patience to
keep up with Facebook.

I would love to hear about everyone's gardening year.  Mane has not been very
good, but a few things stood out this fall - my grand Joe Pye Weed, and   for
the last couple of weeks a nice stand of Pineapple Sage (Salvia elegans) which
the freeze two days ago took down.

Thanks again for asking.

Good thinking, Donna. I think she is closer to New York City than Buffalo, but I have been thinking about her a lot lately. Auralie, are you out there? I know I have been freezing. Now we might be getting severe weather this weekend.
