A friend of mine is also entertained by squirrels She has purchased a 
squirrel bungee for her yard.  The bungee cord is attached to a covered spring with a 
hook on one end and a heavy-duty screw ( for attaching an ear of corn) on the 
other.  She said, and I believe her, that it provides lots of entertainment 
for both the squirrels and the humans watching.
