This is the first real rain (measurable) since June. Sahara-time here.
They say we may get more before Friday - hope they're right for once.

Well, I have forgotten what it looks like.  We have had about 1/4" of  rain 
since September 1.  I now know which plants around here are drought  tolerant. 
<LOL> I am glad I moved some of our native Eupatorium into  my flower beds.  
It looks exactly like the E. 'Chocolate' except its leaves  are green, and it's 
a lot more hardy.  Looks really pretty with our native  Ageratum and golden 
rod, all of which are blooming their heads off with the  remaining Cleomes 
right now.  It is really dry and dusty.  The weather  dude said tonight he thinks 
our air is too dry to let Pam's rain get here.   Hope he's wrong.
