They are endangered. Audubon magazine has been doing some good articles on them - fascinating.

I believe Florida panthers are extremely endangered if I remember correctly.
And I'm sure she would also be rather intolerant of anyone messing around
her den. Put me down for a "No" on getting attacked by a panther.
